HATHA YOGA

Because wellness is a multifaceted journey, my approach encompasses not just physical health, but also mental and emotional well-being. My mission is to empower you to take charge of your health and find balance in your life. Hatha yoga is the balancing of our "sun" & "moon" energies and emphasizes the physical postures referred to as asanas as well as breathing techniques to achieve balance of body, mind & spirit. Vinyasa means "flow", as we do in class, to move within and between asanas. This style of yoga practice is slower, deeper and intentional to connect with our body, mind & spirit. It builds external and core strength, flexibility and body awareness through its fluid movements.

This class is being offered to the public at no cost to the student as the health & wellness classes are programs run by independent teachers and is financially supported by the 

"Friends of the Library" Foundation. 


*Please pick up a donations form from the front desk if you would like to contribute financially towards the class.

These weekly Virtual classes for Yoga and Taichi are held 1 x per week for 60-70 min sessions each. You can gain access to 8-10 LIVE VIRTUAL CLASSES per month plus access to private instructional YouTube playlists to practice at your own pace.  LYFE Memberships are a recurring invoiced subscription for $20.99/mo, drawn on the 15th of the month.

          Commit to yourself with a 10 minute a day habit. I invite you to learn and practice movements, techniques & wellness tips for the healing and performing arts of Meditation, Yoga, Dance, Taichi, & Qigong.
