Because wellness is a multifaceted journey, my approach encompasses not just physical health, but also mental and emotional well-being. My mission is to empower you to take charge of your health and find balance in your life. Hatha yoga is the balancing of our "sun" & "moon" energies and emphasizes the physical postures referred to as asanas as well as breathing techniques to achieve balance of body, mind & spirit. Vinyasa means "flow", as we do in class, to move within and between asanas. This style of yoga practice is slower, deeper and intentional to connect with our body, mind & spirit. It builds external and core strength, flexibility and body awareness through its fluid movements. Let's unlock your full potential and discover the vibrant, healthy life you deserve!
