Life, in my opinion, is meant to be lived at our max potential for as long as possible in a state of overall wellbeing. I believe that overall wellness is the key to a happy, healthy, and long life. However, sometimes we loose sight of our full personal potential and that can take a toll on our physical, mental, emotional & spiritual wellness. That's why I started Movement for LYFE, LLC, to help people achieve their wellness goals through movement of body, mind, & spirit. Consistency is part of that balance found in overall wellbeing. I am passionate about sharing and coaching people through the process of learning the amazing healing, strengthening and positively challenging movement arts of Yoga, Taichi & Ballet.
I offer a variety of wellness services, including weekly virtual classes, personal coaching, and YACEP/200YTT training courses. My experiences throughout life is what keeps me dedicated to helping you feel your best. I use a comprehensive approach to wellness which includes personalized programs, expert guidance, and a supportive community. Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, manage stress, or simply take better care of yourself, I am here to help you every step of the way.
