Tai Chi, traditionally known as Taijiquan, is a healing martial art. Tai Chi promotes well being, balance and coordination of the body. It is a gentle practice of movement much like a slow dance. When practiced regularly, it is known for aiding in the longevity of a healthy body and peace of mind.
Sifu Bill Warden has been studying martial arts since he was 14 yrs old.
He received his first black belt in Tang Soo Do, a traditional Korean karate in 1990.
In 1987 he was introduced to the art of Tai Chi and has continued to practice his studies in both hard and soft styles of the martial arts.
He received his Level 1 instructors certificate for Tai Chi in April of 2008 thru the Imperial Martial Arts from the University of Xian in China and has served a year as the president of the Florida Chinese Martial Art Association.
Sifu Bill has been teaching health & wellness through the ancient art of Tai Chi in the Lake County, Tri-City area for over 25 years. He continues to study and share his knowledge & experience of the classic martial art of Tai Chi at The OUTPOST.
This is the first form we teach at Warden's OUTPOST. It is the first 8 postures of the International 24 form without any changes in the body direction.
