We are a Traditional Martial Arts & Performing Arts Learning Center, offering classes in the disciplines of Dance Tai Chi, Theater, Karate, & Yoga.
Ms. Shawn Robin, or “Shawnee”, began the journey of her Dance career in South Florida when she fell in love with the stage while performing in a children’s company at 8 yrs old. She trained & performed in the disciplines of Classical Ballet, Modern & Jazz dance, Theater, Voice & Film at The University Center for the Performing Arts in Davie. In 1999, while performing and teaching in NYC, she discovered Yoga and the incredible healing benefits it offers to anybody and everybody, not just the athlete & became a certified 200RYT instructor. Currently teaching at Warden’s OUTPOST in the tri-city area of the Golden Triangle, Shawnee continues to share from her 30 years personal experience in the Performing Arts as well as the Healing Arts of Yoga and Tai Chi and is the founder and owner of MovementforLYFE,LLC, an advocate and promoter of health and wellness.
Sifu Bill Warden has been studying martial arts since he was 14 yrs old and received his first black belt in the discipline of Tang Soo Do, a traditional Korean karate in 1990. Fortunately, in 1987 he was introduced to the art of Tai Chi and has continued his studies in both hard and soft styles of the martial arts. Sifu Bill has been teaching Tai Chi in the Lake County area for over 25 years and has received his Level 1 instructors certificate for Tai Chi through Imperial Martial Arts from the University of Xian in China. He has served as the president of the Florida Chinese Martial Art Association for 1 year and he continues to study and share his art where he teaches in several private communities and his dojo, Warden’s OUTPOST in the tri-city area of the Golden Triangle.

Tai Chi, traditionally known as Taijiquan, is a healing martial art Tai Chi promotes well being, balance, and coodination of the body.It is a gentle practice of movement much like a slow dance. When practiced regularly, it is known for aiding in the longevity of a healing body and peace of mind. This healing martial art will benefit a practitioner of any age.
